Results depend on accountability.

Be prepared with Crucial Confrontations® training.

A crucial confrontation is a face-to-face interaction in which we hold another person accountable for a broken promise, a violated expectation or bad behavior. When avoided or handled poorly, a crucial confrontation results in missed expectations, lack of accountability and puts a patient’s safety at risk. Crucial Confrontations® training directly addresses gaps between expectations and performance with a model that ensures individual and team effectiveness.
